Merger of agreement

The owners or auctioneers may have made oral statements or published advertisements concerning the soundness, physical condition or the jumping abilities of the horses described in the catalogue or this website generally.
Such statements or advertisements do not constitute warranties and shall not be relied upon by the purchasers.

Insurance

Mortality Insurance Hippozorg B.V.

For horses, Hippozorg B.V. covers damage caused by:

- Death:
Dying as an immediate and direct consequence of an accident or an acute illness.

- Forced slaughter:
Killing in connection with an anticipated, quickly occurring death. In order to proceed with this action, the process of dying must have already commenced.

- Fire.

The premium is 1% from the purchase price.

This insurance is for a period of 14 days.

All horses passed a clinical and x-ray examination and are in perfect health.
